We looked at the other options for our range for years, only to find them not capable of keeping batteries charged and/or not cost effective. After lots and lots of testing different products, we developed our ideal solar charger for traps.

Charge and discharge times references:
A typical commercial trap such as the Promatic Super Sporter with a 400 target carousel on a 70 AH battery will run continuously for about 1.5 hours before completely discharging the battery. Naturally, we don’t run traps continuously, they re-arm in about 2.5 seconds. So with our charger connected, changing a dead battery is a thing of the past!
Our 30w charger will take a battery from discharged to full charge in about 6 hours of sunlight. Our competitors 20w charger takes about 9 hours of direct sunlight. The biggest benefit from this is that your batteries never get discharged under normal circumstances. This extends battery life and directly reduces labor costs of checking and swapping out batteries.
